With regard to the “Shared protocol for the regulation of measures to combat and contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the workplace” signed by the Social Partners on Saturday 14 March 2020 integrated and updated on 24 April 2020, we inform you that in our Company, according to said Protocol, the security procedures have been integrated and updated; the main behaviors and procedures to be followed in the interest of all are summarized below on the basis of the 13 points envisaged by the “Protocol”.
INFORMATION
The poster designer required by the Government, Trade Unions and Confindustria Memorandum of 14 March 2020 is displayed in the company; with the Business Plan, the following information posters have been prepared for the promotion of safe behavior and hygiene measures:
➢ “Virus prevention” poster;
➢ Poster “How to wash your hands”;
➢ Poster “How to rub your hands with the alcoholic solution”;
➢ Poster “Some simple recommendations to contain the infection”; ➢ “Instructions for wearing the mask”;
➢ “Procedure for cleaning and reusing surgical mask;
➢ “Instructions for FFP2 filtering facial sanitization”;
➢ Poster “Information on customer transport by car”;
➢ Poster “Information for the transport of minibus and bus customers”.
METHOD OF ENTRY IN THE COMPANY
Unnecessary visits by external visitors (suppliers, consultants, customers, control bodies, etc.) were suspended until May 3; after this date External visitors who can access the company must be equipped with surgical masks and disposable gloves, if they do not have them, they will be provided by us.
In particular, the access conditions in the company are:
to. Do not have a fever higher than 37.5 °
b. Do not have symptoms of acute respiratory tract infection or flu-like illness
c. Not having had the above symptoms (points a and / or b) in the previous 14 days
d. Not having been in contact with a person who has been diagnosed with the Corona virus in
last 14 previous days
is. Be aware of not having been in close contact with a person who in turn is
been in close contact with another person who has been diagnosed with the Corona virus in the past 14 days
In all the cases listed above, access to our workplaces will not be allowed in any way.
METHOD OF DELIVERY OF SERVICES
It is recommended to avoid handshakes in the greeting and pleasant phases.
All vehicles are equipped with hand sanitizers.
Until otherwise indicated by the Government, on the CTA vehicles, the services provided will follow the following criteria for maintaining the distance provided:
1. On cars with up to 5 seats, it will be allowed to carry a maximum of 2 passengers on the rear seats; while for travel on the territory of the Veneto Region the transport of a maximum of one passenger will be allowed (Order of the President of the Regional Council n. 40 of 13 April 2020 published on BUR n. 50 of 13/04/2020), until revocation.
2. A maximum of 4 passengers can be carried on minivans up to 8
3. A maximum of half of the passengers allowed by the capacity of the vehicles can be transported on minibuses from 9 seats upwards, in order to allow a checkerboard layout.
The driver and the consortium members in case of use of vehicles from 8 seats up will wait for passengers to enter outside the vehicle, in order to manage the entrances in an orderly manner, keeping the safety distances and making the passengers sit by filling the vehicle as appropriate as possible to the type of vehicle, to avoid close passages on the vehicle.
In fact, all our drivers have been trained on the topic in order to manage the rules set out in the corporate intervention plan in an optimal way.
Before access to the vehicles and at the end of the service, hand sanitizing gel will be made available to passengers.
Payment management: in the case of direct remittances, we will try to prefer pre-payment by credit card in order to avoid contacts for the exchange of money or credit cards; if this is not possible, we will try to prefer contactless payments or in any case in full compliance with the defined hygiene measures (use of disposable gloves / use of sanitizing gel at each contact).
CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
The company arranges for specific cleaning and sanitation programs to be carried out on all rooms, services and common areas with particular attention to all surfaces frequently touched; cleaning and sanitization are carried out with specific sanitizing products, after cleaning.
Extraordinary sanitization interventions are carried out by spraying.
The cleaning of the vehicles is left to the drivers at the end of each transport service, in fact, the sanitization is maintained by cleaning the seats, dashboard, dashboard, steering wheel, gearbox, parking brake, controls, indicators, buttons, keyboards, screens touch, interior handles, storage compartments, walls, ceiling, door, windshield, side windows, rear view mirror etc.) .; paying particular attention to the surfaces frequently touched by passengers such as handles and parts in front of the seats, which are those most exposed to the droplet emitted by passengers.
The vehicles will always be ventilated before and at the end of each passenger transport service.
The vehicles are sanitized weekly with an ozone generator, specially designed for the disinfection of the vehicles. A project for disinfection with stabilized hydrogen peroxide is currently in the start-up phase.
PERSONAL HYGIENIC PRECAUTIONS
It is mandatory to wash your hands frequently with soap and water or rub them with disinfectant solutions made available in dispensers in offices, near toilets and on vehicles.
On all vehicles, in fact, the presence of hand sanitizing liquids is guaranteed. In general, passengers must comply with the following rules:
o Avoid hugs and handshakes;
o Avoid movement on vehicles in order to keep an interpersonal distance of at least one meter;
o As respiratory hygiene, sneezing and / or coughing in a handkerchief avoiding contact of the hands with respiratory secretions)
o Avoid the promiscuous use of bottles and glasses;
o Do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands;
o Always wear the respiratory protection mask.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Drivers are expected to use surgical masks and disposable gloves; the masks will be worn before passengers enter the vehicle and kept for the duration of the service.
External visitors who can access the company must be equipped with surgical masks and disposable gloves, if they do not have them, they will be provided by us.
Passengers: passengers must access vehicles equipped with a respiratory protection mask and possibly with disposable gloves; company employees passengers must be provided by their employer, if this is not possible, please notify us immediately; in the case of private passengers, the mask will be provided by us if it is not available.
The design of the installation of protective barriers dividing the front and rear seats is currently underway for cars and minivans; the design of the installation of dividing protective barriers between the driver and passengers and the installation of dividing barriers between the lanes is underway for minibuses and buses, if the required distances cannot be maintained.
MANAGEMENT OF A SYMPTOMATIC PERSON ON MEANS
If a driver experiences coughing and breathing difficulties of a passenger who is boarding one of the vehicles, he will not be allowed to board; in the event that symptoms arise during transport, the service must be suspended by stopping to remove any other passengers and contact 112 (or 118 in case of services in Regions not equipped with a single emergency number) and follow the indications that will be given by the emergency services themselves.
UPDATE OF THE REGULATORY PROTOCOL
A committee for the application and verification of the rules of the regulatory protocol has been set up in the company with the participation of company union representatives and the RLS; the committee works to evaluate the application and verification of the rules of this Protocol.
The Protocol and related information are continuously updated on the basis of changes in legislation; this communication could therefore undergo variations which will be promptly communicated to customers.
